Robust, Rigorous, & Right-on-Time Learning through Online Courseware
Online courseware can provide vast opportunities for rural and urban students and teachers. This group will examine how online learning can supplement the bricks and mortar school to enhance learning and promote 24-7 access to support the notion of life-long learning.
1. Standards: States will be required to measure impact of teacher professional development and student learning against the NACOL Standards
2. Professional Development: States will be required to provide Professional Development For All Teachers To Incorporate How To Teach Inquirty-Driven, Project-Based Learning Opportunities Electronically.
3. Online Learning Skills: States will be required to mandate students development of skill sets associated with online learning
